Alina Heim, MSEd, BCBA, LBA is a behavior analyst, educator, and rural equity advocate who blends data-driven Applied Behavior Analysis with trauma-informed, culturally responsive care across home, school, clinic, and community settings. She serves as Clinical Operations Development Director, where she leads program development, clinical quality systems, and outcome-focused services, and is also the founder of Unified Visions LLC, providing advocacy, behavior coaching, and professional development nationwide. Her clinical work emphasizes neurodiversity-respecting, consent-based ABA, de-escalation, and practical skills that generalize to real life, with a strong focus on empowering families and staff through clear, actionable training. As a PhD candidate in Special Education at the University of Northern Colorado, her research and conference presentations focus on improving collaboration between special educators and rural families and expanding access to high-quality services in under-resourced communities.
